If your wand ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, at our discretion, we’ll repair it or replace it.
This warranty covers:
• Defects in materials or manufacturing
• Issues with the thumb lever, spray head, or connection hardware that affect performance
What’s not covered:
• Normal wear and tear. This includes the hose washer which is a wear and tear item.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage (e.g. freezing temperatures)
